Matthew Baione graduated cum laude from St. John’s University in just two and a half years, Matthew attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and was the youngest member of his graduating class. Among other successful verdicts they’ve achieved on behalf of his clients, Matthew, and the Pitta & Baione team recently obtained a 9/11 VCF award totaling over $3 million on appeal for a cancer victim they represented who was exposed to 9/11 toxins while working in an office building in Lower Manhattan during the months following the tragedy.
With his selection to Super Lawyers’ List of ‘2018 New York Metro Rising Stars,’ Matthew join Pitta & Baione Managing Partner Vincent F. Pitta, who has been a Top-Rated Super Lawyer for many years.
